Established in 2008, Hugo Michell Gallery is a privately-owned contemporary art space presenting the work of both established and emerging artists. Situated on Kaurna Land, Adelaide, South Australia, Gallery Director Hugo Michell is committed to presenting exciting and innovative work at the forefront of contemporary art across a range of mediums, including photography, painting, printmaking, digital media, sculpture, neon, textile, ceramic and installation.

Hugo Michell Gallery acknowledges the Kaurna people as the traditional custodians of the Adelaide region, and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.

ACCESSIBILITY

Hugo Michell Gallery is accessible via ramp from street level off Portrush Road. There is car parking at the rear of the gallery, accessible via Mathilda street. Additional street parking is also on Mathilda Street. 

Service animals and well-behaved dogs are welcome at Hugo Michell Gallery.
